All plants are packed using sturdy, breathable, and environmentally responsible packaging materials. Our packaging is designed to provide proper airflow and light exposure while protecting the plants during transit, ensuring they arrive fresh and healthy with minimal environmental impact.
10-Day Damage Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our plants.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or in poor condition, you are eligible for a one-time replacement within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- An unboxing video or clear photos must be shared within 10 days of delivery.
- The damage must be due to transit or packaging issues.
- Replacement will be processed after verification by our support team.
This policy does not cover damage caused by improper care after delivery.
