Plant and live product care outcomes can vary based on environment, handling, and care. We do not guarantee identical growth patterns or aesthetic appearance beyond what is described for the product.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOGISTICS (Aligned to your Shipping Policy)

  1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 days from the order date (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  2. Delivery Timeline: Our logistics partners usually deliver within 5–9 days after dispatch; timelines may vary by location and serviceability.
  3. Packaging: Plants are packed in sturdy, breathable packaging designed to support ventilation and safety during transit.
  4. Delays / Exceptions: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, regional restrictions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
  5. Communication: Dispatch and delivery updates may be shared via email and/or WhatsApp where available.

SECTION 7 – CANCELLATIONS (Aligned to your Cancellation Policy logic)

Cancellations are governed by your Cancellation Policy and may be subject to order status:

  • Orders already assigned for shipment (packed / handed to courier / in transit) are not eligible for cancellation.
  • If an order is not shipped within 3 days from the order date (except delays under Force Majeure / exceptions), it may be eligible for cancellation as per policy.
  • Orders placed by mistake or duplicate orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not entered shipment processing.

SECTION 8 – REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (Aligned to your 10-Day Damage Replacement Policy)

Our refund/replacement rules are governed by our Refund / Replacement Policy, including our 10-Day Damage Replacement Guarantee for transit-related damage/plant health issues at delivery (subject to verification requirements such as unboxing video/photos).

Examples (subject to policy verification):

  • Damaged plant on arrival → replacement within the policy window
  • Missing items / incorrect items → refund or replacement as per policy
  • Replacement arrives damaged → refund upon verification

SECTION 9 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, reselling, or policy violations.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact details and to promptly update them when necessary.

We may offer access to third-party tools and links “as is” without warranties or endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and policies.

Shopjeba.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, or network/service outages. Where applicable, timelines may be extended and orders handled as per our Shipping & Refund/Replacement policies.
